  12. I understand that there is an upgrade available for the USR Sportster
  13. 28,800. Currently, I am connecting to NetCom with Win95.  I never
  14. connect at a rate higher than 26,400. My question is, for this
  15. connection would the upgrade do me any good or is the bottleneck
  16. somewhere else? If you have any experience with a similar situation, I
  17. would like to hear from you.
